Advancing our learning management system

Our mission is to enhance lives - it’s why we focus on healthcare and initiatives that support health. We care about the global community.

Drawing on 30 years of elearning and healthcare experience, we help clients realize solutions to their training needs and bring ideas to life.

This may include elearning modules, mobile tools, animations, websites, or presentations for teach and learns.
To successfully deliver your vision, we will work with stakeholders at every level and committees of every size.

By working with us, you will get a beautifully designed and functional product, delivered on time and within budget. We are low on lengthy meetings, high on delivery, and transparent through the process.
Price
We’re often asked how much one-hour of elearning costs to develop but many variables impact price:
-
How organized is the current content, if it exists?
-
Is there a script already available?
-
What might need animation?
-
Do we need to film?
-
Will we need actors?
-
Do we need to take custom photograph?
-
Might there be complex interactions to build to demonstrate key points?
With the above in mind, prices range from $15k to $40k.
Timeline
Depending on the project scope and how responsive clients are when reviewing items, we can develop one hour of elearning between 4 weeks and 3 months.

Our Amazing Team

Founder
Janelle Montgomery
Janelle (she/her) has worked within healthcare and technology for 30 years. After working as the Head of Technology for a London-based education company, she established our elearning company here in sunny St Petersburg, Florida.

She has a degree in journalism and has tinkered with computers since receiving a Commodore 64 for her 11th birthday from her father.

Janelle is passionate about education (and all things social justice related), creative, and reliable (a trait we've learned to rely on). Regardless of the project, Janelle adds a positive approach and a dash of humor. She will also ensure your job gets done.

Operations Manager
Whitney Gust
As a trained engineer Whitney (she/her) guides our digital infrastructure to ensure we develop products that provide a smooth learning experience. Whitney's passions are at the intersection of education and technology to help advance humanity.
Whitney makes life easier and better for clients by ensuring projects stay aligned with their scope, costs, and delivery expectations.
Outside of work, Whitney is a proud cat mom of two, and is grateful that her canine coworkers have graciously approved her new role on the team.

The Original Muse
Jewel (RIP)
Formally a professional athlete, Jewel spent her time providing relaxation services to help de-stress and motivate the team. We all look to her for inspiration in achieving a zen-like meditative state.

Jewel was also our muse for writing and an inspiration for a dog museum that we'd love to launch. We all have background dreams right? Jewel's dream was to get off the track and stop running in circles. Achieved.

The Inspirationalists
Adele & Patches
Adele and Patches came to us as temps, but moved to perms due to their commitment to the office (couch). Although often "busy" digging new holes and shaking their hair, they remind us to stop and sniff the flowers or just nap - the world will continue to turn. Both are winners in their own right and aspire to little more these days than a quiet nap and a sneaky treat. Don't we all!
